🍺 What's included?
Everything you need to complete your project—including step-by-step instruction, all supplies, an in-house baked pretzel, and a pint of The Talking Dog's delicious craft beer (you might even get a green one! 🍻). Not a beer fan? No problem! Delicious substitutions are available.

👓 What should you bring?
If you wear reading glasses for close-up work, be sure to bring them along—we'll be painting some fun little details! 🎨 We’ll be working with acrylic paints, so please dress accordingly! While we do our best to keep things tidy, a little paint may find its way onto your clothes. 😉

⚠️ A couple of notes:
• No outside food or beverages permitted.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Workshop Registration & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for registering for a workshop with The Barn Owl! Please take a moment to review our policies before booking.

By registering for a workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Registration & Cancellation Policy outlined below.

Registration

• Workshop registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your seat.

Workshop Cancellations by The Barn Owl

• The Barn Owl reserves the right to cancel any workshop with fewer than six (6) registered participants.
• If we cancel a workshop, you may choose one of the following options:
  • Receive your project as a Kit to Go.
  • Transfer your registration to another available workshop.
  • Have your project completed by one of our instructors for pickup.

  If You Are Unable to Attend

  If you are unable to attend your workshop due to illness or any other reason, please notify us before the workshop begins by phone, text, email, or direct message.With advance notice, your registration will be converted to a Kit to Go, which includes all materials and instructions needed to complete your project at home.Please note: Kits to Go must be picked up within 30 days of the original workshop date. Unclaimed kits after 30 days will be donated.

  No-Show Policy

  Participants who do not attend their workshop without prior notice will forfeit their registration. No Kit to Go, workshop transfer, or completed project will be provided.

  Transferring Your Registration

  If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person.Please note: The new participant must complete the same project you originally registered for, as materials have already been prepared.

  • Refund Policy

    No refunds will be issued for:
    • Participant cancellations.
    • Missed workshops (no-shows).
    • Changes in personal schedules.

    Kit to Go Information

    Each Kit to Go includes:
    • All project materials.
    • Detailed written instructions.
    While every effort is made to recreate the workshop experience, Kits to Go do not include live instructor guidance.
