There are two kitties and one dog who live here. Moriarty and Miss Kitty will most likely disappear and pretend none of us exist…but Higgins is a VERY needy dog who likes to make his rounds looking for extra love and attention. 😂

🛍️ Want another project to work on at home?
You can order any of these projects — and MANY more — from our Kits To Go section. Simply choose the pickup option and leave a note saying you would like me to bring your kit to the class. Easy peasy!

👓 If you wear reading glasses, please bring them! We’ll be doing some fine detail work and your eyeballs will thank you.

🚗 A quick parking note:
We have OODLES of parking available! Please park in front of our house rather than in front of the neighbours’ homes. We always want to be good neighbours and keep everyone happy.

🦉 The Barn Owl Workshop Registration & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for joining us at The Barn Owl! We want you to have a wonderful workshop experience, so please take a moment to read our registration and cancellation policies before booking.

By registering for a workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the policies below.

🎨 Registration

• Workshop spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot.
• Your registration is not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

🦉 If The Barn Owl Cancels a Workshop

While we do our best to run every workshop as scheduled, The Barn Owl reserves the right to cancel a workshop if there are fewer than six (6) registered participants.

If we cancel a workshop, you may choose one of the following options:

• 🎁 Receive your project as a Kit to Go.
• 📅 Transfer your registration to another available workshop.
• 🖌️ Have your project completed by one of our instructors and arrange a time to pick it up.

🤒 If You Can't Attend

Life happens! If you are unable to attend your workshop because of illness, an unexpected commitment, or any other reason, please let us know before the workshop begins.

You can notify us by phone, text, email, or direct message.

With advance notice, your registration will be converted to a Kit to Go, including all the materials and written instructions you need to complete your project at home.

Please note:

• Kits to Go must be picked up within 30 days of the original workshop date.
• Any unclaimed kit after 30 days will be donated.
• A Kit to Go does not include live instructor assistance.

🚫 No-Shows

If you do not attend your workshop and do not contact us before the workshop begins, your registration will be forfeited.

Unfortunately, no Kit to Go, workshop transfer, completed project, or refund will be provided for a no-show.

👥 Transferring Your Registration to Someone Else

Can't make it but have a friend who would love to take your spot? No problem!

You may transfer your registration to another person as long as you notify us before the workshop begins.

The new participant must complete the same project you originally registered for, as materials have already been prepared specifically for that project.

💰 Refund Policy

Workshop registrations are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Participant cancellations.
• Missed workshops or no-shows.
• Changes in personal schedules.
• Other circumstances that prevent a participant from attending.

If you can't attend, please contact us before the workshop begins so we can arrange a Kit to Go or registration transfer whenever possible.

🎁 What's Included in a Kit to Go?

Each Kit to Go includes:

• All materials needed to complete your project.
• Detailed written instructions.

We do our best to make your Kit to Go as easy to follow as possible. However, please keep in mind that it does not include the hands-on instruction or assistance provided during the workshop.
