CHRISTMAS & COFFEE - JULY 24 @1:00

Back by popular demand! Choose from 8 different NEW Christmas in July projects OR if you'd like to revisit one of our classic designs from last season just let me know. They can be found under the Kits To Go section on the website under the Christmas tab.

ANY OF THE PERSONALIZED ORNAMENTS WILL NOT BE OFFERED IN OUR REGULAR CHRISTMAS SEASON BECAUSE OF LOGISTICS. SO, IF YOU LOVE THESE THEN NOW IS THE TIME :)

Come spend the afternoon with us and choose any of the projects listed. Register with a friend or come and meet some new ones.

This workshop will have all of your wooden pieces laser cut for you and we will guide you through the step by step process of painting and shading it. You will take home your finished project that day.

This class is located at Ladybugs Flowers in Stony Plain (5005 53 Ave) and starts at 1 pm. You can expect to be there for 2.5-3 hours depending on how much you chat and visit.

Included with your class is a tasty beverage prepared by the Barista. We might even listen to some Christmas music and eat Christmas cookies.

If you wear reading glasses please bring them, we will be doing some fine work!

Registration

* Workshop registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

* All workshop tickets must be prepaid in advance.

Cancellations

* The Barn Owl reserves the right to cancel any workshop with low registrations.

* In the event of a cancellation by The Barn Owl you will have the choice of having a Kit To Go, transferring to another event or have your item made for you so that you have the finished product completed by the instructor.

* If you are unable to attend a workshop due to illness or any other reason your project will be converted into a Kit to Go where possible complete with materials and instructions IF prior notice has been given wither by phone, text, email or DM.

* Kits to Go must be picked up within 30 days of the original workshop date or will be donated.

* No-show- Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will forfeit their Kits To Go, being able to transfer to another event or have their item completed by an instructor.

Transfers

* Workshops may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to personally attend.

* The new attendee must be willing to complete the project you originally registered for, as materials have already been prepared.

Refunds and Credits

*NO REFUNDS will be offered for cancelled workshops or no-shows.

Kit to Go Specifications

* Kits to Go include all necessary materials and detailed instructions to complete the project at home.

* While we strive to provide an experience as close to the in-person workshop as possible, please note that direct instructor guidance is not included with Kits to Go.
