We had so much fun the last 2 years that we are doing it again!

Where: Bashaw Golf & Country Club (21375 Township Rd 414 in Bashaw, AB

When: August 23 Brunch at 10:30 am and craft of your choice to follow.

The day will kick off with a spectacular brunch at 10:30 (not included in your class price. Please call the clubhouse at 780.372.2333 to register separately for that). It was a very tasty spread last year so it will not disappoint. Once we have eaten we will move on to crafting.

Choose any of the projects listed. Don't see exactly what you want? No problem - have a look through our website and choose any painting project and make an note that you would like to paint it at the Bashaw workshop.

Pre registration is required. Register with a friend or come and meet some new ones. Either way you will be glad you did.

It's our 3rd annual at the Bashaw Golf & Country Club and we are switching it up! This year you can choose from several different types of projects. No matter what medium you choose you can sit next to your friend and create masterpieces!

ALL of the supplies and instruction will be included.

Please note that if you would like to take another project home to do on your own time you can order any of these and MANY MORE in our Kits To Go section. Simply choose the pickup option and in the notes section indicate that you would like me to bring it to Bashaw that day.

Registration

* Workshop registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

* All workshop tickets must be prepaid in advance.

Cancellations

* The Barn Owl reserves the right to cancel any workshop with low registrations.

* In the event of a cancellation by The Barn Owl you will have the choice of having a Kit To Go, transferring to another event or have your item made for you so that you have the finished product completed by the instructor.

* If you are unable to attend a workshop due to illness or any other reason your project will be converted into a Kit to Go where possible complete with materials and instructions IF prior notice has been given wither by phone, text, email or DM.

* Kits to Go must be picked up within 30 days of the original workshop date or will be donated.

* No-show- Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will forfeit their Kits To Go, being able to transfer to another event or have their item completed by an instructor.

Transfers

* Workshops may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to personally attend.

* The new attendee must be willing to complete the project you originally registered for, as materials have already been prepared.

Refunds and Credits

*NO REFUNDS will be offered for cancelled workshops or no-shows.

Kit to Go Specifications

* Kits to Go include all necessary materials and detailed instructions to complete the project at home.

* While we strive to provide an experience as close to the in-person workshop as possible, please note that direct instructor guidance is not included with Kits to Go.
